Hotel a Frye Island

“The breakfast staff and evening staff were very polite. The rooms were clean and prompt room service.”

“A wash cloth had pubic hairs on it. The table by the couch did not looked cleaned off. There was remnants of a previous spill. We didn't want to use the pull out couch. It had some unfortunate staining on it or extra pillows and bedding. They're didn't seem to be enough parking for the size of the hotel. There were not enough clean, dry towels at the pool. There didn't seem to be enough staff to restock breakfast at peak times and not enough seating areas for guests at breakfast.”

“It was just ok. Every time I walked in the lobby I felt like the floors were never clean. We had issues with our toilet, it was wobbly and didn’t flush half the time. The pillows are not comfortable at all, I usually don’t have issues with it but the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Also thought it was weird how they made their bed…. They had a bed skirt as a sheet….”

“Ideal location in the thick of Old Port. Walking distance to most of Portland Old Port main attractions. Staff are fantastic. They were very friendly and professional start to finish. Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“You can have dinner/lunch at the Oxbow Pub in the casino across the street. Seriously, a two minute drive away. Most of that will be spent finding a parking spot. Very nice service there. The complementary breakfast is mostly the usual fare of fruit, cereals, small pastries and toast, but I have never seen the make your own waffles bar! Also egg white omelets. Really, just about whatever a normal person might want. My food sensitivities and habits are too weird to be accommodated, so I...
